WHAT WE DO
Arty's is home to creativity of all kinds.
From crafting to jewellery-making to animation to learning ukulele to song-writing -
we really do provide creative fun for everyone.
Our daily art café activities range from £5 to £30 and suit ages 4 to 104.
(If your little one is younger and you think they'd enjoy painting something we're happy to help).
We offer 1 or 2 hour sessions where you can craft amazing creations such as mirrors, frames, notebooks & money boxes. Or you can create polymer clay or Perler bead ornaments or jewellery or paint works of art on canvas, pot or wooden gifts.
We also run workshops on everything from wreathmaking to playing the harmonica to pimping up your disco boots!
We host parties for kids & adults and a vast array of creative events.
We serve a variety of grazing boards for you to pick at while you create and a menu of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to keep you refreshed, including our famous
"Monster Milkshakes."

Arty's Art Cafe is open10 - 6 Wednesday to Sunday inclusive.
Our evening events & workshops normally run from 7.30 - 9.30.

Ain't no party like an Arty's Party
(no matter what S Club say)!
We host fabulous creative parties & events for all ages.
Kids can paint, craft, sculpt or make their own animations in our animation studio, then watch their films with their friends in our viewing room complete with popcorn.
We run an array of themed paint & sip evenings from Abba to Grease to The Rocky Horror Show. All include a free glass of prosecco or juice.
At our creative workshops you can learn how to play the mouth organ or ukulele, crochet, write songs, structure stories, make jewellery, wreaths or greetings cards or even funk up your boots with gold leaf or disco-up your festival hat. You always get to take your makes home and all materials are included in the cost.
We can tailor to your tastes for hen & stag dos, team-building or end-of-term celebrations.
Tourists can take advantage of our proximity to Penny Lane, the street where The Beatles got creative and came up with their melodic masterpiece.
Come & paint a yellow submarine or create a set of Beatles-themed door wedges.
You can get creative whilst meeting new friends at one of our "Friendly City" nights or find your future love at one of our Single Mingles.
Arty's gallery area exhibits art and hand-made craft pieces from local artists and makers that you can view and purchase.

FAQ
Do I get to take my creation home? Of course - it's all yours! All materials are included in the cost.
How long can we come and get creative for? We book our tables out for 1 or 2 hour sessions.
What happens if I haven't finished my creation? 2 hours is normally long enough to get finished, but if you don't manage it you can finish your piece at home or sort it out with us to come back at one of our quieter times to get it finished.
Do you serve food? Yes we serve a variety of grazing boards - the perfect food to pick at while you create. See our Menu page for details.
Are you licensed? Yes we are! We serve both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. See our menu page for details.
Do you have baby changing facilities? Yes we do.
Do you have an accessible toilet? Because of the age of our building our toilet facilities are upstairs.
